Social Impact Story

Impact Outsourcing recruits youth and women from vulnerable and disadvantaged backgrounds. A big chunk of this is sourced from the informal settlements in Nairobi and its environs. Majority of our recruits are women and youths between the ages of 19 – 30 years old. We offer our training sessions for free. The main function of these sessions is to equip our trainees with the necessary digital skills to thrive in the modern digital era.

We believe that youth and women empowerment through acquiring digital skills is the easiest and most effective way for poverty reduction and guarantee sustainable growth. Digitally skilled people are able to have better lives since they can get better jobs and become competitive. Our mission is to provide opportunities for personal and professional skill development to both women and youth. We recruit, grow, nurture talent and more importantly, expose young people to a wide range of opportunities. By doing so, scores of
Kenyan youth are able to earn a considerable living thus improving their living standards.
